The cost of calling our customer service number beginning with 020 is determined according to the pricing of your subscription agreement. When calling from a landline, you will be charged a local network rate (lnr). When calling from a mobile phone, you will be charged a mobile call rate (mcr). Waiting time is also charged.

The price includes VAT of 25.5%.

When calling our staff members’ direct mobile numbers, the call cost is determined according to the pricing of the caller’s subscription agreement, and no separate service charges apply.

When calling from outside Finland, your service provider may charge additional fees. Please check international call rates with your operator.
