Sponsor Capital becomes the new majority owner of Innoflame
Sponsor Capital has acquired a majority stake in Innoflame, Finland’s leading product media company. With the support of its new owner, Innoflame is strengthening its position as a pioneer in the Finnish product media market while laying the foundation for international expansion.
Through a transaction signed on 26.8.2026, Sponsor Capital has become the new majority shareholder of Innoflame.
As part of the transaction, Korona Invest exits its ownership in Innoflame after having supported the company since 2021. During its five-year ownership period, Korona Invest played a key role in supporting Innoflame’s growth, development, and several strategically significant acquisitions that helped establish the company as Finland’s leading product media provider.
The ownership transition supports Innoflame’s next phase of growth.
