Sustainable Growth Creates Value for All Stakeholders

Innoflame’s economic responsibility is built on long-term and profitable business operations that enable investments in people, service development and sustainability initiatives. We operate transparently, follow ethical business principles and ensure that our operations create value for customers, employees, partners and society.

Our economic responsibility focuses particularly on profitable growth, good governance, responsible procurement, transparent business practices and the fulfilment of social obligations.

Sustainable Business Model

Innoflame’s business model is built on principles of sustainable economic growth and responsible choices. Our fundamental idea is to create a world where unnecessary or unsustainable goods are not produced. This idea also supports our economic responsibility: efficient use of resources, reducing waste and building long-term customer relationships create value for both our customers and Innoflame. Our Print On Demand service is a concrete example of this principle: it reduces product waste, optimizes resource use and brings cost efficiency to both us and our customers.

Finnish Origin as Part of Our Economic Responsibility

Innoflame’s product media service has been awarded the Key Flag service mark, indicating that the service is provided in Finland. Our Perfect Finnish and Perfect Xmas online shops have been awarded the Key Flag online shop mark. In addition, selected products manufactured at our sewing facility in Tampere carry the Key Flag Symbol.

The Key Flag Symbol is a sign of Finnish work and can be awarded to a product manufactured in Finland, a service produced in Finland or a Finnish online shop. Through these Finnish products and services, we support Finnish work and the economy as part of our economic responsibility.

Fulfillment of Social Obligations

The Reliable Partner service (Luotettava Kumppani in Finnish) collects the information required by the Contractor’s Liability Act and compiles it into a report. All our clients can obtain the report in electronic format. The report demonstrates that we properly fulfill our social obligations as required by the Contractor’s Liability Act.

Responsible Procurement

Our economic responsibility extends throughout our entire value chain. We only collaborate with suppliers who meet our responsibility criteria and commit to our shared ethical principles. Our supplier code of conduct includes requirements related to anti-corruption and fair business practices.

Intangible Gifts and Charity

Our Perfect Finnish gift cards offer customers a more responsible way of rewarding and remembering people. Recipients can choose a physical product, an intangible experience, or donate the full value of the gift to charity.

More than €300,000 has been donated to charitable causes through Perfect Finnish gift cards. Donations have supported causes such as youth mental health and environmental protection.

Intangible gifts are also a popular choice. Nearly 30% of gift card recipients choose an intangible option.

Transparent Reporting

We are committed to transparent reporting. We have published sustainability reports aligned with the VSME standard (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs), providing information about our economic, environmental and social impacts.

Growth and Investments

We have grown strongly both organically and through acquisitions. With this growth, we have invested in operating models and solutions that support a sustainable future.

Our success has been recognized: we are among the few less than 1% of Finnish companies that meet the criteria for Alma Talent’s Kestomenestyjä (Sustained Success) Certificate. We have ranked among the best companies in Finland based on our financial performance for fourteen consecutive years.

Good results and profitability are at the core of Innoflame’s operations. They provide a stable workplace for around one hundred product media professionals and create a foundation for continuous development and strengthening our industry leadership.

Sustainable and Responsible Growth

Innoflame’s economic responsibility is guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We have identified the following SDG as particularly relevant to us:

SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
We aim to promote sustainable economic growth through responsible business models, ethical partnerships, and transparent operations. Responsible growth means profitable business that creates value for customers, personnel, partners, and society – while ensuring long-term sustainability of operations.

Environmental responsibility

We want to minimise our environmental impact and avoid producing unnecessary products. We have calculated and reported our emissions annually since 2020 and continue to develop concrete measures to reduce our climate and environmental footprint.
