Social responsibility
We Invest in People’s Well-being
It is important to us that our employees are doing well. We also want our supply chains to operate ethically and for people working in these chains in one way or another to have appropriate working conditions.
We want to be an industry leader in respecting human rights and promoting workplace well-being.
UN Global Compact – Our Global Commitment
Innoflame is committed to the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, with over 25,000 companies and organizations from more than 160 countries. By participating, we adhere to ten principles covering human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, while promoting the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
This commitment provides us with a clear framework and tools to develop our sustainability work and the opportunity to connect with other responsible companies. We report our progress annually through the UN Global Compact’s Communication on Progress (CoP).

Employees Are Our Most Important Resource
Our vision is to be the most attractive operator in the Nordic countries for both customers and the best professionals in the field. To realize this vision, we invest in Innoflame’s unique culture, work safety, and staff skills development.
Our ISO 45001 certified occupational health and safety system ensures that work safety is systematically considered in all our operations. The certificate demonstrates our commitment to the continuous development of a safe working environment.
We support staff well-being by offering, among other things, exercise and cultural benefits as well as work ability insurance.
We conduct an extensive employee satisfaction survey annually and, in addition, a more condensed pulse survey a couple of times a year. Based on their results, we identify development areas and create an action plan for the continuous development of the work community.
Responsibility Extends to the Supply Chain
Innoflame collaborates only with suppliers who meet certain sustainability-related criteria. We naturally require suppliers to comply with laws and regulations. In addition, however, we also require other responsible activities.
People
Innoflame requires suppliers to respect human rights. The supplier must, among other things, commit to regulations prohibiting human trafficking, ensure that child labor is not used, treat people respectfully, value diversity, promote equal opportunities for all people, and foster an inclusive and ethical corporate culture.
Employees and job applicants must be offered equal opportunities to work without discrimination. In addition, employees must be provided with a work environment free from physical, psychological, or verbal harassment or any other offensive behavior.
Compensation
The supplier must pay its employees at least the minimum wage required by local legislation and provide them with the benefits prescribed by law. In addition to regular working hours’ pay, employees must be paid legally defined compensation for overtime.
Social Dialogue
The supplier must respect the right of workers to gather freely and discuss working conditions openly with management without fear of harassment, pressure, punishment, or interference.
Workers should have the right to join or not to join an association of their choice.
Health and Safety
The supplier must protect the health, safety, and well-being of its employees, subcontractors, visitors, and others subject to the effects of its operations.
Other
In addition, Innoflame requires suppliers to take certain measures related to, among other things, data protection and storage, international trade regulations, and anti-corruption.
We Build a Dignified and Ethical Working Life
Innoflame’s social responsibility is guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We have identified a particularly relevant goal for us:
SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
It is important to us that Innoflame is an attractive and responsible workplace for all our employees. We continuously develop our staff’s skills and invest in promoting workplace well-being. In addition, we require that our supply chains also operate ethically and that all workers in the value chain have appropriate working conditions and rights.

Environmental responsibility
We want to minimise our environmental impact and avoid producing unnecessary products. We have calculated and reported our emissions annually since 2020 and continue to develop concrete measures to reduce our climate and environmental footprint.
