Why do we collect data and what is our basis for processing it?

  • We only collect and process personal data that is necessary to identify a person so that we can target offers and respond to enquiries.
  • Personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent.

Where do we collect personal data?

  • Personal data is collected using a form attached to the Inno Bot and the Gift Card Assistant, which the data subject uses to disclose their data to the controller.
  • Data is stored in Leadoo for two years (where the data subject’s information is collected) and in GoSystem for two years (from where offers are sent).

What information do we collect?

  • First and last name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

How do we handle data transfers and disclosures?

  • We disclose data only to the extent permitted and required by the applicable legislation. In the event of an acquisition or merger, the acquiring party may have access to customer data.
  • We may use third parties that act as processors of personal data. We have drawn up an agreement on the processing of personal data with each processor.
  • Data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
